RSM Homes is run by Sam and Rachel.

Our goal is to build a high quality residential property portfolio across Greater Manchester and the North West, focusing on properties that can be improved to create long-term rental income and capital growth.

We have successfully been involved in property investment for over 7 years with both our own growing portfolio, as well as working with other developers in JV ventures.

Sam Thompson

Sam is a Chartered Surveyor with MRICS status and has over 15 years’ experience working within the residential construction and development sector. He’s worked on everything from small refurbishments to large 100+ unit housing developments for housing associations and private developers.

This background provides a strong understanding of development costs, construction risk and project delivery and is a trusted partner for many in the industry.

Rachel Thompson

Rachel brings strong organisational and operational skills, helping manage the day-to-day running of projects and making sure each property is delivered efficiently.

She has also developed a strong network of property investors and developers who regularly work alongside us, giving us access to private funding and experienced partners that allow us to move quickly and complete property purchases with confidence.
